PITTSBURGH, PA – One person was hospitalized Friday morning after a cement truck rolled over in southeast Pittsburgh, according to WPXI.
The accident took place on Blair Street at 2nd Avenue, in the city’s Hazelwood neighborhood, at about 5:30 a.m.
At this time, the circumstances behind the incident have not been made public, but the truck came to rest on its side. Crews had to use a crane to get the vehicle upright.
Allegheny County dispatchers confirmed that one person was transported to an area hospital. The extent of the patient’s injuries was not disclosed.
No charges or citations have been reported.
