1 Sent to Hospital After Car Slams Into Ross Township Home

ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA – One person was hurt early Wednesday when a vehicle crashed into a residence in Ross Township, according to WPXI.

The wreck occurred on a stretch of Sprucewood Drive, prompting an emergency response at about 6:00 a.m.

Local officials did not immediately specify what led up to the accident, but crews arrived to find a hole in the home’s structure, where the vehicle had hit and entered the property.

One person received an evaluation on scene and then was transported to a local hospital.

The room in which the car traveled into was unoccupied at the time of impact, and no other injuries were reported.
