Woman Critically Injured When Vehicle Crashes Into Home In Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH, PA – Police and first responders were dispatched to a crash at a home in Pittsburgh on Monday afternoon.

According to a Facebook post by the Pittsburgh Public Safety Department, the incident happened shortly before 3:30 p.m. in the 6300 block of Beacon Street in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood.

CBS Pittsburgh reported a vehicle rolled over and slammed into a home.  A woman, the only occupant of the vehicle, was found at the scene in critical but stable condition.

Pittsburgh Bureau of EMS administered blood in the field, then took the victim to an area hospital.

The Collision Investigation Unit is trying to determine what led to the crash.
